We have organized a study trip to Huawei Headquarters in Shenzhen and Dongguan Campus on 9 August 2019. Huawei is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider. They are committed to bringing digitalization to every person, home and organization for a fully connected, intelligent world.
In this study trip, participants will gain insights on a wide range of portfolio. The first stop would be their Dongguan Campus for the wireless network, transmission network, access network, router, metro ethernet, core network, server, storage, antenna, network energy, handsets etc. We will also visit the secure sockets layer (SSL) automated logistic center which was built up since Oct 2012. It is a modernized logistic center of 25,000 square meters, with full integration of raw-material receiving, storage, picking, consolidation and delivering functions. By years of continuous improvement, now Huawei has integrated the manufacturing processes from printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) to module in a streamline.
The second stop will be their Digital Transformation Exhibition Hall at their Shenzhen Headquarter. The venue focuses on the enterprise customers where we will see showcases of the vertical industry solutions, ICT products and solutions, enterprise services and ecosystem
