IPSHK Webinar: Sustainable e-Procurement adoption and practices in COVID-19 on 23 March 2023

The objective of this study is to understand and evaluate the firm's procurement operations during COVID-19 and the views / recommendations towards e-procurement and sustainable development. It is a research study conducted by Policy and Research Committee (政策與研究委員會), IPSHK in collaboration with PolyU SPEED. Our speaker is Dr. Simon YUEN.

Dr. Simon Yuen is a Senior Lecturer and Scheme Leader of Business programmes in CPCE, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr Yuen is teaching and taking research in Business Management; Logistics & Supply Chain; Aviation Logistics; Transport & Trade Policy as well as Learning & Teaching in Higher Education. Moreover, Dr Yuen participates and is involved in several activities of local and international professional bodies such as Honorary Chairman of Younger Managers’ Club in Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA); Chairman of Policy and Research Committee in The Institute of Purchasing & Supply of Hong Kong (IPSHK); Committee member & YMC Advisor of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong (CILTHK); Executive Committee member of HKLMSA, Fellow in HKSTLA as well as Professional member in Hong Kong Logistics Association (HKLA).
