The Institute of Purchasing & Supply of Hong Kong (IPSHK) is committed to cultivating digital transformation knowledge among the industry and procurement-related stakeholders, leveraging technology to achieve synergies and make business transformation possible, we are pleased to launch the project “Get Hong Kong ready for a Professional Hub on Smart Procurement and Fulfilment” this year, which is jointly organized with HKPC under funding support from the General Support Programme of the Innovation and Technology Fund. We anticipated around 200 delegates from the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (the “IFPSM”) across the globe together with senior executives and academics in the Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics and related sectors from Asia Pacific and Hong Kong will attend the conference.

In recent years, the global trade landscape has undergone significant transformations due to shifts in manufacturing and supply chains. These changes have reshaped how enterprises establish their production lines and export patterns. Hong Kong has robust foundation in trade and various related professional services. The key lies in how we can support the business in strengthening their supply and value chain management, ultimately creating higher value for their multinational operations. Since its establishment in 1973, IPSHK has been dedicated to promoting professionalism in the purchasing and supply discipline. On the occasion of IPSHK’s 50th anniversary, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting industries and ensuring they are fully prepared to seize these emerging opportunities created by these changes.

In this regard, we would like to invite you to attend the project kick-off conference and attend our 50th anniversary luncheon.
